A few weeks ago, one of my girls, Vickie, asked if her brother would be able to come up to camp and give a self defense course to the rest of the girls. We had a blast, learning different techniques and practicing on each other. Here we are, posing in what we thought the best defensible position we knew how. Wow. Silly girls :) But we had fun!!

Self Defense Course
